Tom has been a personal trainer since 2004
and has continually developed his knowledge and training methods
specifically aimed at those who want a significant
change in their body shape.
We develop bespoke, professional training programs that are tailored to you. You have the option to work directly with Tom on a personal coaching basis with direct contact and support or you can download one of Tom’s tried, tested and proven training programs which include access to a private facebook group for support and encouragement.
With over 10 years experience in dealing with clients on a remote coaching basis, Tom has learned how to structure their training and nutrition plan so it fits their lifestyle, whilst keeping them accountable and supporting them every step of the way.
